Old Pizza

So, I have a question for you. How old is too old to eat leftover pizza? I ate some that was from last Friday night. So far I've not had any digestive problems. The crust was a little crunchy but I've got to say that Papa John's holds up incredibly well.

  1. Why does that pizza look like it has bugs on it? Ewwww! But I am sure you will be fine. People eat all kind of nasty junk on reality television and they live through it! Haha!

  2. I eat any left overs I like up until it smells funky or has visible mold... it's not scientific, but I pretty much never get sick.

Those are actually big mushrooms on that pizza for inquiring minds.

  3. Bethany, that is a picture I found online and I am not sure what is on it. The caption for the picture read week old pizza. That was about the age of my pizza so put the picture up. Dan says they are mushrooms...they might be big pieces of chicken, bugs, or slugs for all I know.

  4. Here's my scale:
3--days if you want to play it safe.
5--days if you heat it thoroughly and it's so delicious you are willing to take a modest risk.
7--days you better heat it well and pray over it earnestly
