Movie Review - He's Just Not That Into You

Guest Bloggers: Monica and Courtney

To celebrate Nicole's birthday (my sister-in-law), ten of us (all women) went to see a classic chick flick. Courtney & I each give it one thumb up, but this is not to be confused with a two thumbs up rating. It's was pretty good, we were glad we only paid $5.00, and we might would buy it from the $5 bin. It has a pretty big cast and some of the best parts are in the previews. The movie is very predictable and is full of stereotypes, but it's fun to see how all of the characters were connected. There was some force crudeness/inappropriateness they could have done without as well. Marriage was also given a bad rap, which always makes us sad. We hope single women out there learn some lessons because the craziness portrayed, which really happens, does not make you more attractive. Quit making excuses; he's probably just not that into you. Men, as Beyonce says, if you like it then you better put a ring on it!

Rob's Rating System: Two Thumbs up = I loved it, worth paying full price, and I will own it on DVD. One Thumb up = An OK movie, worth a matinee showing, and I may buy it on DVD if I see it in the $5 bin. Thumb to the side = Wait and rent it. I wouldn't be mad if someone gave me this DVD, but I wouldn't buy it. Thumbs down = I hated it, wish I wouldn't have wasted money on it, wouldn't own it on DVD.
