I agree with you. I didn't see most of those movies though- where was I? I didn't see GI Joe, Transformers 2, Avatar, or the Hurt Locker.

ReplyDeletewow. i actually enjoyed Hurt Locker...it was real and intense...still have yet to see avatar though...dollar theatre here i come...g.i.joe is dead to me now...
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen many of these movies...but I heart that Hurt Locker was awful. I heard that from Ellen Simpson actually...who was terribly upset at the money she wasted seeing it. :)

ReplyDeleteI don't agree with your Avatar having the same plot... no more so then Million Dollar Baby has the same plot as Rocky... or Die Hard has the same plot as The Negotiator.
ReplyDeleteSure it's about conquering a new frontier and how some peoples get trampled, but it's no different from any other genre type movie.
I still haven't seen the blindside. But I am now caught up on robshep. Feels good. Word verificatin: selex= the improper spelling of the posessive form of your nephews name.
